It is a subset of the dataset \u201cGroundwater_bores_screen_aquifer_province_attribution_LEB\u201d. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> The process for determining bore purpose depends on the type and quality of information available for each bore as well as the size of the investigation area and the study objectives. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Bore information was compiled available from archival state and territory government databases Sources of archival bore data evaluated for the KT\u2013LEB included Queensland Government (2023), NT Government (2023)<\/SPAN>,<\/SPAN> SA Government (2023) and NSW Government (2023).<\/SPAN><\/P> Sometimes groundwater bores m<\/SPAN>a<\/SPAN>y have multiple purposes.
