This web map service is a seamless national dataset coverage for the whole of Australia. The map layer portrays a detailed graphic representation of features that appear on the Earth's surface. These include the Built Up Area features that may have been derived or generalised from the Habitation theme of the Geoscience Australia 2.5 Million, 1 Million and 250K Topographic Data.
Built Up Area - A concentration of buildings surrounding a network of roads and supported by other associated infrastructure. |
